To help you better understand where the changes are occurring on the new flood maps, more about the Newly Mapped Procedure and Grandfather rating options, Policy Conversion and retaining customers whose risk is reduced, impacts of past reform legislation, and using new tools and resources to assist you, Jefferson Parish has partnered with FEMA to hold two Flood Insurance Workshops (East and West Bank). If you are interested in attending the West Bank location on Nov. 29, please use the link below:

The same material will be presented at both meetings.

As an added bonus, you will receive Continuing Education Credits! The Louisiana Department of Insurance and the Association of State Floodplain Managers will offer CECs. You will need to confirm yout name and email for ASFPM and provide us your LA P&C License number and agency name for Insurance credits.

There is no charge for these workshops and we encourage you to share information about these events with other insurance agents, lenders, surveyors, builders and real estate professionals. Space is limited, so mark your calendar and continue with the registration that fits your schedule.
