Flogging: it’s not just for pirates.
What is flogging?
Flogging is a a type of impact play which involves one partner using one or even two floggers to strike their partner.
It can be used for punishment or reward, and range from sensual to sadistic. It’s also fairly easy to implement with a new partner, and a great way to ease yourself into a play party, so that others will come running to you, asking for beatings.
What will you learn in this class?
This introductory class will cover all the basics you will need to be able to practice and perform a flogging scene with competence and safety. We will discuss safe striking zones, techniques, style and flow, as well as sensory awareness, negotiation and aftercare.
You’ll receive practical instruction followed by the chance to practice your skills.
What to bring:
* A flogger and/or one to share. All kinds.
* No previous experience is required.
* Your intention for the class and what you hope to get out of it.
* A partner or willingness to meet new folks.
Based on the level of the attendees we may explore double flogger technique also known as florentine, if there is time.
