What is a sound bath?

It is a meditative experience where you relax while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls or chimes. These sounds help calm your nervous system and promote deep rest and healing. It’s like taking a bath in sound to wash away stress and tension.

No. This during this experience you will be floating on top of a pool bed listening to the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls. There will be someone helping you get on and off of the pool bed.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just an open heart and an open mind. Each guest will get a pool bed, eye mask, and blanket. If you prefer your own blanket and a pillow these are welcomed.

What if I am nervous about relaxing in the water?

No need to worry. We have got you covered. There will be two beautiful people present in the pool at all times to ensure your safety so that you can relax and float with ease.
