Flipping the problem to find a solution with Rachel Audige
Wed, March 29, 2017, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM AEDT
About the masterclass:
When dealing with a problem most of us either jump to a solution or get caught up with one gnarly aspect of the problem. Wouldn’t it be liberating (and powerful) if we could not only explore the world of a problem and break the chain of causality somewhere else but also learn how to harness problem as the solution?
This interactive session will give insights into:
A counter-intuitive method for problem-solving that involves creating a chain of causality (Undesired Phenomena Chain) and playing with the relationships.
How to use this thinking with problems, assumptions, threats…
How to harness existing resources “inside the box” to help to solve the problem.
