Join us at Hardwick Winery for a guided Wine & Food Pairing Experience! During this 90 minute experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 wines within the Hardwick Winery portfolio paired with a variety of cheese, herb, and jam combinations, as well as teach the fundamentals of wine and food pairing.

Menu*:

- Reservoir White Dry Riesling with cream cheese and red pepper jelly

- Yankee Boy White with Delice de Bourgogne, orange jam, and rosemary

- Reservoir Rosé with brie, strawberry jam, and dill

- Hardwick Red with sharp cheddar, fig jam, and thyme

- Dana Black Cherry with goat cheese & basil

This is a 21+ event. Please feel free to arrive early to purchase and enjoy a glass of wine, mulled wine, or wine slushee before class begins! *Menu subject to slight change due to availability.

Missa Capozzo is a wine educator who holds the CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) with Society of Wine Educators, WSET Level 3 Advanced certificate with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, French Wine Scholar (FWS) with the Wine Scholar Guild, and is currently a candidate for the Italian Wine Scholar (IWS) with the Wine Scholar Guild. She works as a consultant and educator.

Missa has enjoyed many roles in the wine industry, each of which she has had a true passion for. She conducts in home and virtual wine tasting events, as well as public and private "Paint & Sip" glass painting classes.

Past roles include EVP of Product Development and tasting room manager at Sail to Trail WineWorks in Worcester, MA, Director of Wine Education at VINOvations in Sharon, MA, Wine Educator at Boston Wine School, Wine Manager at Highland Wine & Spirits in Berlin, MA, Director of Sommology at Phoenix Vintners, LLC., Wine Educator and Consultant with The Tasting Company and with Flow Wine Group, and sales support at Hardwick Vineyard & Winery in Hardwick, MA.
