Description
The purpose of my classes, are to help maintain a more healthy & balanced lifestyle. In every class, I will be sharing with you a few methods on how to relieve stress. We will discuss ways to change our eating habits and how to better prioritize our time by setting weekly goals. All you would need to bring with you is a Yoga mat and one pillow, water and snacks will be provided. Please keep in mind that space is limited, so it is very important for you to schedule your classes in advance. Classes will be held three times a week, Monday Wednesday and Friday. Class fee of $7.00 per class or $15 per week for all three scheduled days.
