Always wanted to be more flexible? In this class you will work on a variety of different stretches to loosen up the hips and hamstrings in preparation for the splits. Open to all flexibility levels, whether you just want to be able to touch your toes or can already do the splits, everyone is welcome.
There are changing rooms and toilets available to use at the studio. There aren’t mats in the studio so you can bring your own yoga mat or towel if you wish, although it’s not absolutely essential to have one.
