This workshop is designed to introduce the fundamentals and Flex Principles of Sprinting (as coined by Coach Jermaine), explore sprinting mechanics (i.e. force production, ground contact, acceleration vs top speed, etc.), tackle a few sprint drills that can be easily and effectively progressed for coaches and clients, and learn how to integrate sprint training into your regular routine to spice up your athletic performance.
