‘Flex Explore’ Workshop
Flexibility Works are Scotland’s experts on flexible working. They provide training, consultancy, insights and a community for employers who want to develop more flexible workplaces.
Who is the Workshop for?
This workshop is designed for managers or business owners who want to know more about leading and supporting flexible teams to both improve staff wellbeing and help underpin business success. We know that implementing flexible working in your business can be daunting, so this workshop will provide you with the facts, data and tools to support you to take the next steps.
