Fizz and Pop: Spring Cocktails of the Farmers Market
Fling into Spring with Berries and Bubbles
Update: We're crying purple tears over the news of Prince's sudden passing. To celebrate his incredible talent, influence, and musical virtuosity, we'll be dedicating our Pop & Fizz cocktail night to the pop icon extraordinaire, with Prince classics on heavy rotation. Put on your raspberry beret and party like it's 1999.
Taste the changing of the seasons with CUESA and the United States Bartenders Guild in an evening of fizzy craft cocktails infused with the bright flavors and colors of the spring farmers market, and inspired by our favorite pop music. From the Beatles to Beyoncé, we’ll be sipping our way through the many eras of music, guest starring the Bay’s best bartenders and chefs who will rep their favorite pop icons in costumes. Special appearances by the season’s first berries and herbs will have mics dropping all night long.
Guests receive three full-sized, signature cocktails featuring Disaronno, Domaine de Canton, and , along with unlimited sample-size drinks in this walk-around tasting in the Ferry Building’s gorgeous Grand Hall. Restaurants provide small bites during this happy hour event, where you’ll groove to our throwback soundtrack, and vote for your favorite drink and bite to win prizes. With spring in the air and a bubbly beverage in your glass, this evening of sparkle and pop is sure to top the charts.
All proceeds from the evening support CUESA’s sustainable agriculture educational initiatives and the USBG’s professional development programs.
