- Review all the facts about this deal in real time ( How did I find? , How did I fund? , How much will I sell it for? )

-Learn how to rent out the home as a backup plan if the property doesn’t sell. ( BRRR)

-How to prevent some rookie mistakes ( EMD )

- Learn the current scope of work, project budget , how I got the ARV , learn how much to offer on deals
