Five course Vegan Mexican banquet at Gray's Larder

Manchester's Vegan Mexican pop up catering company LOS ANTOJITOS are taking over the kitchen at Gray's Larder in Chorlton on 2nd May to create a five course Vegan Mexican banquet.
- White taco with sausage, seitan and chorizo topped with guajillo chilli sauce and picado guacamole
- Blue taco with smoked mushrooms, jalapeno and lime with queso fresco and salsa verde
Shot of cold avocado soup
Aubergine mole tart, sweet pepper rice and salted roasted peppers
Scotch bonnet brownie, mini meringues with candied orange peel
A range of hot sauces, which are quickly gathering a cult following amongst Vegans and Hot Sauce fanatics alike, will also be available.
£25 (£10 deposit to be paid to Eventbrite, balance on the evening)
