Two words for this year's event: CASH PRIZES

$500 each to 1st Place Male and Female

The last year two years have been a HUGE success - from the athletes, to the judges and volunteers, to the DJ, to the MC (Cesar will be back). Once again we'll have concessions, vendors, music, and prizes. CrossFit 845 does competitions RIGHT!

We're switching things up with the divisions this year: RXd and Scaled. Athletes of all ages can participate in either division.

On Sunday, June 25th, athlete registration will begin at 7am with WOD 1 kicking off at 8am sharp.

THE WORKOUTS
WOD 1: Deadlift Ladder

The deadlift ladder will consist of thirteen bars at increasing weights. For the women, the first 4 bars will increase by 20lbs and the remaining 9 bars will increase by 10lbs. For the men, the weight of each bar will increase by 20lbs. The athlete will have 1 minute at each bar with only 2 attempts at a successful lift. If the athlete successfully completes the lift, upon the next minute they will move to the next bar.
TIE BREAK: The tie break in this workout will be max effort repetitions at the athlete’s final bar within the same minute.

10 C2B Pull Ups [scaled= ring rows at 42in]

14 Lateral Box Jump Overs (24/20) [scaled= step up & overs]

WOD 4:

GHD Med Ball Throw: each athlete will get 3 attempts to throw a medicine ball for a combined total distance. Distance is measured from the base of the GHD to the spot where the ball first lands. The movement starts with the medicine ball on the ground behind the GHD. Picking up the medicine ball with both hands, a sit up into a throw is performed.

Men: 14#, scaled 10#
