Get motivated, have FUN and train your body, in a company of women and men that have one goal in mind, domination of life and to look good while doing it! Each class will last 60 minutes, and will incorporate the latest fitness strategies that will unleash primal strength and burn the excess fat that's covering the abs you should be showing off!
During the sessions, we will combine high intensity body weight training with kettlebells, barbells and the latest fitness techniques to create the most effective results oriented fitness experience!
Men this is not a typical "group training" this is squad training,it's safe, it's intense, and it's all about results! Women, if you want to wear that "back out, sleeveless" dress, this training will help get you there!
What to expect from attending:
