Join us for free Fitness Rangers Bootcamp classes in Midtown's Parks!

Transform your mind & body in our signature Bootcamp class. A mixture of calisthenic exercises, body weight, interval & strength training, our Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels. This class will push you further than you thought you were capable of with the help of our knowledgable instructors.

During the month of August, we will host free Pop Up Bootcamp classes in a different park each Saturday from 9-10am.

August 3rd - Winn Park
August 10th - Sutter's Fort Park (Southwest Lawn near 26th & L Streets)
August 17th - Marshall Park
August 24th - Fremont Park

All participants must complete a participation waiver. Download the waiver here (this will link to the page on the website), and email your completed waiver to dana@fitnessrangers.net, or print out and bring it to class with you.
