Need to get beach body ready for summer? Looking to get outside and enjoy the warming weather? Wanna make some new (fun and sexy) friends?
Join the insanely fun Mark Fisher Fitness Team at Hudson Park for a 1 hour fitness party! Classes are FREE and held each Saturday at 9:00 am.
All skills levels and welcome, no experience necessary. Classes will include body-weight exerciese for both beginners and advanced fitness Ninjas! Space is limited, so please sign up in advance to guarantee a spot.
Please bring a towel and water bottle. You're going to do some serious sweating!

What do I need to bring? Are there bathrooms?
All you need is a bottle of water and great attitude! You will be touching the ground, so feel free to bring a large beach towel or yoga mat if you'd like (not required, some dirty hands never hurt nobody). We also suggest some sun screen if you have skin like a porcelain doll -- there is no shade in the workout area. Public restrooms are located 1/2 block south in Hudson Park.
