Free Fitness Classes on the Aquatic Center Lawn

Saturdays 9:00am - 10:00am

Athletic Conditioning - This class combines body weight exercises and cardio to provide a high energy workout. This is a non-stop athletic conditioning class filled with of a variety of muscle groups exercises. Join in this fun workout that combines strength and agility drills in a motivating, fast-paced environment

Tuesdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm - Anna

ABSolutely Core/Stretch- Half of this core class will focus on developing greater core strength, increased lower spine flexibility and stability, overall midline muscle control and improved balance. The other half will be focused on stretching. You will release tension, enhance range of motion, and improve flexibility.

**Class Safety Protocols:

• Registration is free and required

• Classes are limited to 40 individuals to maintain safe social distancing protocols

• Masks are required before and after class

• Please maintain a minimum of 6' distance from other participants at all times

• Please bring your own water

• Please cancel your registration if you are not feeling well
