6/24 UPDATE: Due to chance rain, we will start off over at Boldt Athletics (across the street from the Green). If the weather is clear, we'll move over across the street to the Green.
Late sunset, cool comfortable summer evening--- the PERFECT time to get fit and have some fun with the Wheat Ridge community!
LOCALWORKS is excited to launch the first FITNESS ON THE GREEN event for the summer!
Happening once a month, FREE to the community, you'll get 45-minute workouts by local fitness and movement experts. There will be health + wellness + lifestyle vendors & experience stations. Stick around, connect + receive a raffle ticket to enter for the grand prize with goodies donated by Wheat Ridges local businesses.

- 5:30 - 6 PM - Check-in
- Intro (5 min.)
- Brain Health Tip with Dr. Sam McDonald (10 min.)
- Conditioning HIIT Workout with Russell Baron (40 min.)
- Break & Raffle Giveaways
- Summertime Nutritional Strategies with Nikki Burnett (10 min.)
- Detox & Destress Kundalini Yoga with Dr. Lynn Tran (50 min.)
WHAT/WHO TO BRING
- WORKOUT BUDDIES!
- Your own yoga mat and blanket to sit on
- Water (stay hydrated)
- Maybe even bug spray
