LEISURE FITNESS TRAINING IN THE FOREST OF RHENEN, The Netherlands

Learn methods for stress management, prevent burn out, with brain GYM, sensory awareness, conscious breathing, soft martial arts (self-defense), yoga, and jogging in the Forest of Rhenen.

Weekly Training Schedule

  • 6.00 - 7.00 AM Before Work
  • 9.00 - 10.00 AM
  • 10.30 – 11.30 AM
  • 19.30 – 20.30 PM After Work

You are welcome to ask for a trial private training at a more convenient hour.

ABOUT THE TRAINING PROGRAM
