F.I.T.S Presents: Fitness in the Suburbs, its "Detox Day Out" health & wellness tour. Fitness in the Suburbs is a physical finess boot camp that follows its "So Rawfreshing" raw juice workout schedule. It is a schedule that begins at 6am and ends at 4pm with a mix of vigorous exercises to burn calories, help boost your metabolism and to overall have a blast working out outdoors with likeminded friends.

After your training hours you can head over to the FITS Commons and enjoy live music, yoga, zumba, meditation, fresh fruits & vegetable tents, volleyball games, badminton nets and enjoy the company of those that went through the fitness journey with you.
