Description

Live Well Clover is sponsoring FREE fitness classes on Saturdays from July 6 to July 27 at Clover Community Park, 8am. Local trainers will instruct participants on a variety of exercises that will incorporate the park’s trails, open space, and fitness equipment. Participants bring water and a towel or mat. Come to one or all of the classes!

INSTRUCTORS

July 6 - Charlotte Helms has been is an A.C.E. certified instructor who has been teaching group fitness for 19 years. She loves encouraging people to be more active and improve their quality of life by becoming more fit. She understands that everyone is at a different fitness level and provides modifications so they can feel successful.

July 13- Brian Boling is owner and Master Instructor of the Eng School of Self Defense (503 N. Main Street, Clover). Brian volunteers his time with Live Well Clover and regularly leads community safety programs for women, teens and seniors.

July 20 - Rachel Glibbery is a York County-based yoga instructor and is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Rachel is known for creative, energetic sequencing that is acessible to all practitioners. She hopes that everyone enjoys yoga and the connections among mind, body, and breath.

July 27 - Monica Bradshaw is also a local fitness instructor and has participated in a number of Live Well Clover events.
