Fitness Boot Camp

Exercise has so many benefits — increased energy, less stress, and a healthy body. Our free fitness class is designed for people of all levels. Whether you’ve been exercising for years or haven’t left the couch in a while, you’ll meet new friends and burn some calories in a supportive community. All you’ll need is water, a towel, and a good pair of shoes. Join us every Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
