What is a Triple Challenge?

We have replaced the typical bike/run/swim triathalon with a bootcamp event. This is a fun, non competitive event designed to give you a taste of a sprint triathalon. The Bike portion is first: promptly at 8:10 am. The 5K event will start approximately around 8:30 and as bikers finish they will join the 5K portion. Once participants finish the 5K, bootcamp stations will be open to complete. We will have sandbag squats, push ups, battle ropes, sled drag, wooden walls to hop over, and a tire flip (don't worry, there will be helpers at every station...can't do an obstacle, walk to the next, no pressure !) Once you have finished your events, tear off your raffle tickets from your bib and enter to win some really amazing prizes!

We will have a live DJ to help hype you up for the days events! Thank you DJ CHAISSON!

Do I have to participate in all three events?

YOU PICK! This is a TRIPLE CHALLENGE, so you can chose your ANY of the three events. BIKE, RUN/WALK, and/or BOOTCAMP! Or YOGA!

We do encourage you to consider dusting off your bike and trying the 3 or 5mile portion! You will surprise yourself, its FUN, and you can do it! This 5mile course has a gradual slow incline up Clinton Street and then a nice flat ride through St Pauls Campus and back onto Pleasant Street. The 3 mile portion turns right onto Langley and then back to Pleasant Street.

NO BIKE, no problem, you can wait at Memorial Field for the 5K portion to begin, we will have foam rolling and stretching while you wait. S&W also has some really great bikes for race day rental at great prices!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Our event is family friendly, although children need to be 10+ year old to participate in the bike portion. The 5K walk/run is open to any age. There will also be a FREE Kids Fun Run around the track and small obstacles for the children to participate in. Children under 10 are free. Children ages 10-15 are $16.00 and includes race day shirt. 16+ pay adult price which includes race day shirt.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is parking at Memorial Field, inside the parking lot and along the adjacent streets

What can I bring into the event?

If you are participating in the bike event, you MUST bring your helmet and we encourage a water bottle for your bike. S&W will be onsite on Race Day to assist with pumping tires and safety checks for your bikes.

There is one water station along the bike ride if needed. Please leave any valuables at home. There will be a bag check available, however, we are NOT responsible for any lost or stollen items.

Fit4acause will have some fun race day swag for sale including water bottles, fit4acause fitness gear, and custom Sweatybands. Cash/Check prefered although there will be Visa credit card payment options.

What happens after I finish the events:

We have amazing healthy food options from Live Juice, Granite State Granola, Fresh Roots Nutrition, Bagel Works, and more to refuel your body!

Bay State Physical Therapy will be on site for stretching and release therapy

43 Degrees North Athletic Club will be on site for foam rolling and YOGA/stretching

Don't forget to enter your raffle tickets! We will announce these on site!

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
