Join York College of Pennsylvania and See and Feel the Difference for a day of “Fit and Fun for Amanda Himes". For a $20.00 donation, you can get fit, have fun and help make a difference. All proceeds go towards: Red Lion Bible Church Custodial Fund for Ben and Dan Himes.
Choose from these classes or participate in all three:
Fit-n-Slim: Get results with this 60-minute class developed through our experience working with thousands of women like you! Burn body fat as you build lean muscle and boost your metabolism! When combined with healthy eating, Fit-n-Slim can help you manage your weight. Resistance training tones muscle and improves your strength, too. Please bring 3-5 lb. handheld weights and an exercise mat.
Belly Blasters: Specially designed class to help burn excess calories and body fat while sculpting your abdomen. The "Interval Training" burns fat and boost energy. While working on balance enhances your core. You will See and Feel the Difference.Please bring 3-5 lb. handheld weights & a mat.
Zumba: Latin-Inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness party! Feel the music and let loose with the fastest, hottest growing fitness craze. Burn body fat and work your cardiovascular system. No experience necessary, all fitness levels welcome.
Please wear non-marking athletic shoes. Only water is permitted inside the gym; no energy drinks allowed. Participants 15 to 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
