Open Course format...rolling start line from 9am-11:30am...no award ceremony, no big group start for any of the courses...show up, register and go run, grab your medal and head home!!!
Join us for our FOURTH year celebrating Halloween with another great trail run on our amazing course at the Cumberland Monastery!!
WE have custom unique finisher medals for this event! There is a 5K medal and a 5 mile medal!!!
Ticket options...
5 mile course -
beging at 9:00AM-10:00AM...run the course once, get your time, get your 5 mile medal...
Multilap option -
start at 9:00AM-11:30AM run the 5 mile course as many times as possible before the 5K wave at 10:00AM...blocks for 3+laps, pins for each lap, 5 mile finisher medal...go have a drink :)
5K course -
run the 5K course for time from 10:00am-11:30AM...receive the 5K finisher medal...
BOTH 5 mile and 5K course -
run the 5 mile wave at 9:00AM-10:00AM, get your 5 mile finisher medal...rest...run the 5K course at from 10:00AM -11:30AM, get your 5K finisher medal...
