Stay in shape and donate food to those in need this holiday season with my Fit for Food Small Group Training Series. These training sessions are FREE to new and current clients, or friends and family of new and current clients. I only ask that you please bring a canned food item to each session that you attend. There is no limit on how many sessions you can attend or canned food items you can donate.
The individual that attends the most training sessions and donates the most canned food per session, will win a FREE 4-pack of personal training sessions with me.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the information below or read the FAQ section. Thank you and I hope to see you at one of my sessions!
