Fit for Fall includes Intermediate to Strenuous exercise. While all skill levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged to prepare by starting an exercise program such as the 30 Day Challenge Beginner Program prior to beginning Fit for Fall. The 30 Day Challenge was developed for the very beginner to get started building the strength and endurance needed for Fit for Fall and C2 Obstacle Trail Run.
Live Well Clover is a volunteer based effort aimed at growing a healthy and active Clover community. Live Well Clover is proud to partner with the Eng School of Self Defense for Fit for Fall.
Before beginning any new exercise regimen, especially if you are not used to regular exercise, it is important to consult with your primary care physician.
