Forget pub crawls, the Fit Crawl is back! Join in for an evening of quick workouts through the twinkles of the Trail of Lights before it opens to the Public!
This is a ticketed event, with limited capacity. Get your ticket before all spots fill up by signing up for Wave 1 (5:00pm), or Wave 2 (5:20pm). RSVPing on Facebook does not reserve you a spot, you must purchase a ticket here to participate in the Fit Crawl. Proceeds benefit the Trail of Lights Foundation, yay! : )

What to expect:
A Fit Crawl is a fun way to try out a variety of different workouts in a fun, social, casual atmosphere. The Fit Crawl Trail of Lights Edition makes it that much more special as Fit Crawlers are the first to get to experience the Trail of Lights before it opens to the Public. The workout will consist of running along the Trail of Lights, approximately 2 miles of total running. Each wave will start at the Trail of Lights Fun Run Start Line and proceed through three, 20-minute workouts along the Trail of Lights hosted by our fantastic local, Austin Fitness partners.
Water will be available along the course. Be prepared for a light, easy run, and three, 15-minute workouts. This is not a race or competition, so don't be nervous! It's a chance to be festive, get fit, and enjoy the Trail of Lights in a new way!
Sadly, no dogs, or children are allowed to Fit Crawl. Each participant will receive Fit Crawl commemorative swag, as well as food and drinks after the workout in the Trail of Lights Finisher's Tent. You must go in the Wave you register for, so be sure to choose the time slot you want before they fill up (limited spots per wave)!
