Event description

Description

Master several methods of fish preparation along with several white and brown based sauces in this "cooperative cooking experience". In addition to hands on cooking with Executive Chef Dan Wecker, enjoy the fruit of your labor with a relaxed dinner and a glass of Chef-Paired Wine with the event. Our students always learn so much and have a great time with our smaller class sizes.

1. Seared Tuna with a white wine roasted pepper coulis
2. Sautéed Filet of Sole Amandine (brown sauce based)
3. Poached Filet of Sole with a vin blanc sauce and variations
4. Seared Swordfish with a Grenobloise Sauce (brown sauce based with lemon, capers, butter)

*Served with Pilaf Rice, Seasonal Vegetable and Greens of the Moment
