Are you looking to buy your first home? The First Time Homebuyer Workshop is a free, four-hour online class focused on the Philadelphia market. Each workshop features a lender, a realtor, a home inspector and a housing advisor from New Kensington Community Development Corporation (NKCDC).

1. Sign up for a one-on-one appointment with an NKCDC housing counselor before registering for this workshop. Call 215-427-0350 with any questions.
2. A packet of information will be be sent by email. Complete the packet and return the information before your workshop, if possible.
3. Workshops are temporarily offered by Zoom, until further notice. Download the app on your laptop, tablet or phone. Event login information will be sent to your email 10 minutes before the workshop begins.
