First Time Homebuyer Workshop - Citizens Bank

Are you a Baltimore, MD resident looking to purchase a home or a homebuyer looking to move to Montgomery County, DC or Northern VA?

Join CCCSMD, a HUD-approved housing counseling agency, and Citizens Bank for a FREE homeownership workshop covering the entire process of financing and owning your first home. Topics of this workshop will include determining your price range, financial readiness, down-payment and closing cost assistance, the importance of credit, qualifying for a mortgage and more. During this workshop, you will also learn about Citizens Bank’s downpayment and closing cost assistance programs. Their programs are available to Baltimore residents and borrowers purchasing in Montgomery County, DC and Northern VA.

This is a live 8-hour workshop. To receive credit for attending and qualify for a certificate of completion, you MUST:
