Yes, we will have breaks.  You can also bring dinner or door dash Jimmy Johns or Dominos are closeby.

Can I bring my children?

We ask that you please make other arrangements for children under the age of 18 so that we can devote our time to giving you all the knowledge you need for the course requirements.

Do I need to be ready to purchase now in order to take the course?

No! You can be just exploring your options or ready to put in an offer or somewhere in between! We are here to guide you at whatever step you're on in your homebuying journey. In fact, many homebuyers who took this course stated they wished they had taken it sooner to better prepare themselves.

Question 5

Do I need to attend both days?

The first evening we will cover the process with the real estate agent and the second evening will cover the financial process to obtaining the loan.  In order to receive the certificate for Washington State Housing Finance Commission's down payment assistance, you must attend both sessions.
