Alicia Hurtt an experienced agent in MD will discuss the process of finding a realtor, getting pre-approved by a lender, looking at homes, identifying the right home for you, and how to actually put in an offer, and head toward the settlement table. Charles aka "Chuck" who has been in the mortgage industry for decades will explain the the various options for first time homebuyers, down payment assistance, and how to set yourself up for success with regards to which documents are needed to process your loan. We will also discuss Rent to Own Program, Down Payment Assistance, HPAP and EAHP, as well as other programs in various jurisdictions in the region of the DMV. Lunch will be provided!
