First Session Fully Lead Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation is the art of cultivating calm, focused and positive states of mind.
You will be coming to my lovely house located at the entrance of Pype Hayes Park in Erdington, only 10 minutes from Sutton Coldfield.
This is your first session registration.
First Session is £7 - Book and Pay through Eventbrite
Course of 8 sessions. is £40
Sundays from 3pm to 5pm or/and Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.30pm -
You have 3 months to use the course of 8 sessions.
I practice and teach two Mindfulness meditations: The mindfulness of breathing is a meditation for developing clarity and awareness. The metta bhavana is a practice for transforming our emotions, and for cultivating positivity and openness towards ourselves and others.
Mindfulness Meditation has been clinically shown to be effective for the management of stress, anxiety and panic, chronic pain, depression, obsessive thinking, strong emotional reactivity, and a wide array of medical and mental health related conditions.
This Group is open to all and suitable for beginners.
I provide meditation cushions and mat for all. If you wish you can bring your own warm blanket.
If you have difficulty seating on the cushion you can meditate seated on the chair or lying down.
Please wear comfortable clothes and switch your phone off.
