Event description

Description

This is the first time we are organizing this event and our hope is to hold it as an annual get together of our alumni and student community to share experiences, to discuss career and mentorship opportunities, and to learn about the latest advancements in our fields of interest.

This is the continuation of our collective effort to strengthen the Stanford-affiliated Iranian community aimed to unlock professional career opportunities by bringing us together.

In our gathering this year, we are going to have our very own Hamid Moghadam as our keynote speaker. We are going to discuss topics such as innovation, leadership, community and living a life of growth and impact with him.

During the day we will have series of short talks and roundtables to discuss innovations in Healthcare, Social Impact, Machine Intelligence, and Energy. In each, we have expert alumni members to share the latest advancement in the industry and research and discuss the opportunities with alumni and students. We have an incredible list of founders, executives, professors, and researchers participating and will share more details with you on the speakers and detailed agenda in the coming weeks. Come prepared with your questions and ideas to pitch and consult on.

This event is partly sponsored by The Hamid and Christina Moghadam Program in Iranian Studies.

Please note: This event is restricted to Stanford affiliates (students, alumni, faculty, post-docs, and employees) and their families.
