About:
Released in 2018, LEED v4.1 O+M is the rating system that uses energy, water, waste, transportation and human experience performance data to award certification and recertification. Since the launch of v4.1 O+M, over 400 projects have earned certification. Join us to hear from those using LEED v4.1 O+M on their transition to certifying with performance data, applying the rating system to unique space types and tracking performance and certification for a large portfolio of buildings.
(Recorded September 1, 2021) Opening hosted by East North Central Region.
Objectives
- Gain an understanding of how to implement LEED v4.1 O+M at the project and portfolio level
- Recognize strategies by which energy, water and waste resources can be managed through using the Arc platform
- Understand how teams have used energy and water performance scores to determine if projects are operating efficiently after occupancy
- Learn how teams around the world have transitioned from a strategy-based rating system to a performance-based rating system
