First Annual Web And Digital Interface Designers Conference is in the works.

Founded by Angelica Lin, Co-Founder, Round2 Shop, Inc. and Rauhmel Fox, CEO, WHOmentors.com, Inc., this event marks the beginning of a new specialty occupation designated by the U.S. Bureauof Labor Statistics, On behalf of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Standard Occupational Classification Policy Committee (SOCPC), dated November 2017(for referenceyear January 2018):

15-1255 Web and Digital Interface Designers

Design digital user interfaces or websites. Develop and test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices. May use web framework applications as well as client-side code and processes. May evaluate web design following web and accessibility standards, and may analyze web use metrics and optimize websites for marketability and search engine ranking. May design and test interfaces that facilitate the human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices.

This event notice will be updated with a schedule including education tracks. F-1 OPT to H-1B will be discussed as well. The goal of producing this annual conference is to assist you to prepare for, find, secure and retain suitable employment as one of the newest web & digital interface designers SOC 15-1255.

Attendees can register for certification tests which measure the skills, abilities and interests of employments seekers and aids them to make appropriate decisions regarding this new occupational field or position.
