All are invited to join us for the First Annual New England Conference on ADHD with a focus on Redefining Personalized Treatment Options and Paths to Success, on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Radisson Hotel in Downtown Manchester, New Hampshire.
This conference is the first of its kind in the New England area, featuring speakers with extensive experience in the treatment of ADHD. The conference will feature Dr. Edward "Ned" Hallowell MD, New York Times best-selling author of Driven to Distraction and Delivered from Distraction and world-renowned ADHD expert, as the keynote speaker. Other distinguished speakers presenting at the conference include Dr. James Greenblatt MD, a prominent psychiatrist in the Integrative Medicine community and author of several books for the professional and consumer audience; Jay Lombard DO, a board-certified neurologist and co-Founder of Genomind, who has been featured on TEDMED, Larry King, Dr. Oz, and CBS News; and William Shaw PhD, Director of Great Plains Laboratory and board-certified in the fields of clinical chemistry and toxicology by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry.
Speakers will share their experience and expertise on a wide range of topics related to ADHD: evidence-based Integrative Medicine strategies, effective non-medical solutions for ADHD, functional medicine testing, environmental toxins and behavioral problems, and genetic testing as it relates to personalized medicine. This year’s Conference theme, “Redefining Personalized Treatment Options and Paths to Success,” enables medical professionals and those with or caring for someone with ADHD to access and incorporate an individualized medicine approach.
The New England Conference on ADHD is designed to enable professionals in various Mental Health and Medical Fields to access and incorporate Integrative Therapies into clinical practice. Following the completion of this conference, participants will be able to conduct a comprehensive assessment--including a nutritional, biochemical, and metabolic profile of clients with ADHD--and implement strategies to minimize side effects of commonly prescribed medications for ADHD to enhance treatment outcomes.
