On Saturday, March 4th and Sunday, March 5th, F.I.T. 4 All will be hosting the first annual F.I.T. Fest at SHAKTIBARRE in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This two day wellness workshop will include inspiring speakers, fitness classes, and mindfulness meditations to help you become your happiest and healthiest self!
The F.I.T. Fest is open to ALL who are interested in attending, and tickets are priced at the LOWEST rate you will find for this type of workshop. For $20, you will receive access to both days of activities. Or, you can attend a single day of the F.I.T. Fest for $15. Whichever option you chose, you'll be sure to enjoy hours of happiness, health, and community. Each day of the F.I.T. Fest will be from 1:00pm-3:30pm.

2:30-3:20 Loveyourself-ALOT-es Fitness Class (A POP Pilates class with Caitie Corradino and Erin Simon)
3:20-3:30 Guided Meditation (A Guided Meditation on Self-Love with Rayna Epstein)
Sunday: Start Fresh Sunday
1-2:15 Fuel Affordably (A Nutrition Education and Meal Prep Workshop led by NYU’s Club EAT)
2:15-2:30 Mindful Eating 101 (A Mindfulness-Based Eating Exercise led by Cecilie Lovestam)
2:30-3:30 Intentional Training Fitness Class (Thirty Minutes of Energy-Boosting, Endorphin-Releasing Cardio, Followed by 30 Minutes of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga)
