September is Deaf awareness month!

Michigan Deaf Association and Michigan Deaf Health are pleased to announce the 5K Run/Walk which will take place in September.

They envisioned the Deaf Civil Rights 5K Run/Walk as a way to promote physical and spiritual health and to increase public awareness of Deaf issues, people, and culture.

All proceeds from the 5K will provide the resources to our local Deaf community and will fund programs, workshops, and even scholarships that help the community thrive.

We look forward to run/walk with you in honor of Deaf awareness and to stay in shape!
