The Event is a special feature, the first Annual ARTIST Summit by the FoKus Group.

SPECIAL NOTE: This Event caters to the INDIE/Independent Artist Community.

*** Ages 18 and up are welcome to attend / A Mature Audience.

Target Audience: Millennials (Ages: 18 to 35)

The Artist Summit provides Indie/Indepenent Artists with tools to aid them on their journey to acquire good success, longevity and a wholesome Career in the Arts & Entertainment industry.



*The Artist Summit will be divided into 3-parts;


A. { PART-1 } THE INFORMATIVE / EMPOWERMENT FORUM:

FORMAT: A panel of well informed Speakers will serve as Presenters, each will engage the audience in Interactive Sessions e.g. a 'Q & A' - Question & Answer format, educating ALL attendees about 4-key topical areas that are essential for any ARTIST to learn and to thrive in knowing, to acquire longevity and good success while in pursuit of a Career, in the ARTS & Entertainment Industry.


*Every INDIE/Independent Artists must be proficient in Knowledge- of the following ESSENTIALS, to master the CRAFT:

C. { PART-3 } The Networking Session {Main Attraction}:

1-Full Hour, from 4 to 5-PM EST, Artists will interact in a networking mixer style format.

*All attendees with spotlight privileges will be allowed 10 minutes (mic granted) to:

1. promote their business;

2. work the floor handing out their business cards;

3. to introduce their products (if they have items to sale).

After which they will be directed to the area and space permitted for them to display and sale their products. {This will occur during 'The Networking Session' immediately following the Empowerment / Informative Forum Session.}



D. { PART-4 } CREATIVE ARTS PERFORMANCES: 5 - INDIE/Independent Artists will perform;


1. REGINALD MURRAY ------------------ Poet & Published Author of A Successful Formula.


2. CLEOUS G. YOUNG ------ FoKus Group Creative Director, Video: BIGGER on the INSIDE.


3. DANIEL THEODORE HARRIS ----------------------------- Vocalist, Pianist, Writer, Entrepreneur.


4. Dr. JOHN TAYLOR ----------------- Urban Hip-Hop Christian Rapper – FoKus Group Member.


5. GREG S. AUSTIN -------------------- Chief Musician & Musical Director of - The FoKus Group.


*Each Artist will display their artisry.

They will feature their product i.e. literature, music cd's, dvd's t-shirts & etc. and promote their business. All Creatiive Arts Performers will market and promote items / products and they will educate others on how they achieved creating their own products and or their Own BRAND.



*** VIP's in attendance will be ushered to the section where tables are reserved for their seating.

They must be acknowledged first and then they will be formally introduced upon their arrival.



A Catering Service will provide 'Light Refreshments' i.e. Healthy Food & Snacks.
