Seminar on Firm Valuation and Online Trading by Heriot-Watt University & Xtrade
An odyssey into Firm Valuation and an educational presentation with live session on Responsible Online Trading!
Part 1 by Dr. Ullas Rao
(6.30pm to 7.30pm)
An understanding of key principles underlying firm valuation assumes great significance for every aspiring managerial talent. It is now well established that unless employees are aware of the implications of departmental contribution in enhancing the overall value of the firm, most of the initiatives directed at eliciting enhanced performance at an individual level are likely to end-up in futility. Managerial compensation policies capable of linking individual performance with firm performance are more likely to succeed as opposed to remunerating individual skills and talents, which are more likely to operate in isolation.
Part 2 by Mark Leigh
(7.30pm to 9.00pm)
Introduction to the forex market, psychology of trading, trading plans & setting goals and live trading.
