Our Muscles in Motion healthy body series begins with an introduction to fitness, nutrition and recipes that are manageable and easy to re-create at home!

Join us for an action packed class on the importance of exercise and nutrition as Life Changing Dinners partners with Muscles in Motion Owner and CEO, Diana Del Garbino and Chef Sonja Andersen. Diana will share the principals of fitness and how to get the body that you want for 2019! Chef Sonja Andersen will demonstrate delicious pre and post workout recipes to taste and take home.
