1. Sign up here and commit
2. Follow our meal and menu plan, allowing for up to 3 splurge eating events (planned and enjoyed without guilt) each 10 days
3. Move ONE mile each day - walk, run, bike, do a 1 hour class of any kind that constitutes honoring your body in activity
4. Post a positive quote on your own FB page and add the hashtag #lifestylerestoration
At the end of each ten days I will ask on the honor system who has successfully fulfilled these criterion. All who have are entered into the prize drawing for those 10 days AND.... we start all over again!!
