Event Details

The Finger Lakes Regional Planning Consortium invites you to a networking event for HCBS providers, Care Management Agencies (CMAs), and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).

The benefits of attending this networking event include:

  • Allows adult BH HCBS proivders to introduce CMAs, Lead Health Homes and MCO's to their agencies and educate attendees about the HCBS services offered.
  • Provides HH Care Managers with information needed to help Adult BH HCBS eligible individuals make informed choices about where to receive services.
  • Allows MCOs to establish connections with HCBS providers, CMAs and Health Homes and to anwer questions regarding the HCBS authorization and billing processes.

  • Gives opportunities for providers to educate one other about other services to which they can refer program participants.

HCBS providers, Lead Health Homes and MCO's will be provided with free vendor tables on a first come, first served basis, starting at 8:45am. In order to have a vendor table, organizations must have registered for the event and reserved the table by 11/29/17, and agree to have the table staffed throughout the event. It is strongly recommended that two staff are present so that you may cover your table and also visit other tables. CMA representatives may attend the event during any portion of the event to meet and network with others.

The only HCBS provider organizations eligible to attend this event are those serving members residing in the Finger Lakes region (Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario,  Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates counties).
