Surrounding ourselves with people who see us, appreciate us and understand us for who we truly are is one of the most loving things we can do for ourselves. Living in today’s modern, technological and chaotic world, it is easy to feel disconnected and isolated from friends and community. Now more than ever we need to connect, to learn how to find our tribe and to nurture relationships that sustain our well-being both individually and collectively.
Join us for a day-long journey designed to support you in identifying your needs and desires for connection with a soul tribe. Through contemplative practices including journaling, guided imagery, shamanic journeywork and group sharing, learn how to identify and find your tribe, develop sustainable relationships, and nurture your essential self in the world.

About the facilitators...
Elizabeth McCain, MA, is an energy therapist, interfaith minister, a spiritual counselor and coach, as well as a public speaker, storyteller, and solo performer. Whether counseling, coaching, or performing, Elizabeth believes that sharing and reframing our stories in community heals hearts and changes the world. She assists people in living a soul-directed and authentic life, and specializes in LGBTQ issues, loss and grief, transitions, healing from religious wounding, positive psychology, spiritual practices, and forgiveness. Elizabeth has 25 years as a healing practitioner and workshop and retreat leader working with individuals, couples, and groups. Beth Terrence is a shaman, holistic health practitioner, recovery coach, speaker and writer. Her vision is to support others in deep transformation and healing, and a return to wholeness through discovering the healer within. Over the past 20 years, Beth has worked with individuals and groups in a variety of settings; and has led workshops focused on spirituality, self-discovery, shamanic healing, meditation and mindfulness, holistic self-care, journaling and the way of council. She views disconnection as one of the greatest diseases of our time and is passionate about supporting people in developing and deepening their sense of connection with self, others and the world around us.
