Living with metastatic cancer can be overwhelming. You may feel a range of difficult emotions and be scrambling to reorient your life. But you don’t have to do that alone.
In this course we’ll talk about navigating stress, dealing with difficult emotions, grounding yourself in self-care, and sleeping well with it all. This course will give you a place to just be. A place where you can learn to breathe again, get support, and love your body and your being.
Together we’ll find concrete ways to cultivate deep steadiness and peace.
