Finding Your Centre - 6 Week Meditation Course
Meditation is a buzz word today. From corporates to universities, everyone is being encouraged to practice meditation daily. But what does that mean? How does meditation work? Is there a process? How will it help you and what will it mean for you?
What happens when you find your centre? Is it possible to feel calm and centred in the office or in the midst of the school run?
With practical meditative techniques, find out how you can centre yourself in the unmoving and silent Centre which is a reflection of your True Self.
Join us for this special six-week course on the theory and practice of meditation.
*NB - select either date - you will be registered for the full 6 week course starting Tuesday 25th October RUNNING every Tuesday until 29th November.
