Finding Your Career Sweet Spot - The Intersection of Culture, Values & Behavior

Before joining a company or transitioning into a new role, it is important to ensure your values and interests align with the organization’s culture. Defining a ‘culture-fit’ can be vague and hard to determine. What types of clues and information should you be looking for? Once you’re in your role, what personal behaviors will help you stand out?

A panel featuring members of Tufts Gordon Institute’s Advisory Council, all senior leaders in technology companies, will discuss how corporate cultures are evolving to foster both employee satisfaction and organizational success in today’s business environment. And, they will share insights on how you can identify the right intersection of culture, values and behavior that will lead to maximum career impact.
