A two day meditation workshop with Mingyur Rinpoche, exploring how to use meditation practice to be courageously open to life's challenges.

About this event

Overview

How can we find a sense of stability and peace in such an unsettled era? Instead of shutting down, we can use this time to discover who we truly are. In a world that appears increasingly harsh and threatening by the day, the task at hand is to stay balanced and open to what unfolds both within our hearts and minds, and in the world around us.

In this two day meditation workshop, Mingyur Rinpoche will offer practical advice on learning to live with uncertainty, and how to use our meditation practice to be courageously open to whatever happens in our lives. When we know where (and how) to look, we can find peace of mind in the midst of challenging emotions, profound insight in a storm of confusion, and the seeds of compassion in our darkest moments.
